“I worked with Andrew over a number of years and in a variety of roles at Rolls-Royce. Allied to strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, I benefited from and valued his expertise, advice and support in the areas of organisational change, employee / team development and high potential talent management.”
"Andrew is a passionate and enthusiastic business owner who is extremely knowledgeable in the art of building engaged teams. He works with his client's best interests at heart and is truly devoted to working with his clients to help them generate better results with an approach tailored to each organisation he works with instead of opting for a "one-size-fits-all" strategy. I would happily recommend taking advantage of Andrew's extensive experience and skillsets."
"Andrew delivered a series of short online training of sessions on topics such as change management, remote decision making and running effective remote meetings. He is a knowledgeable and engaging trainer, who refers to his own personal experience to bring examples of what he is teaching to life. I've personally found the training sessions incredibly useful and I'm amazed at how many new tools I've come away with after spending 45 minutes listening to Andrew! The sessions are so tight, always running bang on time, and he ensures that participants are able to interact and answer questions. I can't recommend him highly enough for your training needs."
