Being a leader in a charity can be an isolated and lonely place. These are challenging times and resources are tight. It’s important to run your charity like a business to maximise the services you can offer and deliver.
As a member of the Charity Leader’s Development Group you’ll have access to valuable development content, ideas and support in a cost and time efficient way. The development will be focused on what you need.
You’ll be part of a supportive community of peers in a safe environment where you can share issues and use your fellow group members as a sounding board.
One-to-one support is also available to help you embed your learning and Implement your solutions.

Home-Start Erewash will be very happy to work with AWD Development Solutions in the future. Thanks Andrew, you’ve given us so much to think about. I know we will be working with you again. "Andrew is a wonderful trainer and facilitator who has delivered many sessions for us in my role at Community Chesterfield at Derbyshire Voluntary Action and continues to do so. Not only has the training itself been incredibly well received by our participants, he is a pleasure to work with as an organiser. He listen to exactly what I needed and is organised, reliable and a great communicator. He has gone over and above with getting involved in our blogs and marketing. Nothing is too much trouble!"
"I was recently part of 4 sessions Andrew facilitated for small business owners. Andrew went the extra mile on each session to help with overcoming any challenges or obstacles I was facing. He provided a safe space and provided value insights in how grow my business and myself. Professional and friendly, I would recommend Andrew to any small business that is looking for mentorship to grow and take new opportunities. Thank you !"
"Andrew is a fantastic sounding board who gave me sound guidance and advice that has stuck with me ever since. Andrew's active listening and thoughtful coaching skills are second to none that I have worked with and I would wholly endorse Andrew to others that have not yet had the fortune of working with him. I wouldn't be where I am now in my career or my personal life if it wasn't for Andrew's consistent support, encouragement and belief in others.”
